Dealer Return Instructions
- Log into your account using your email address and password.
- Click on “Completed Orders”.
- Navigate to the order # of the item that you wish to return and click on “Return Item(s)”.
- Please use the drop down menu under each item you would like to return and chose the appropriate “Return Reason” and “Return Action”.
- Please provide detailed comments in the “Comments Section” regarding the reason for your return. Failure to provide adequate details will result in a delay or rejection of the return request.
- Once New Millennium receives your return request, it will be reviewed to determine if it is a "qualified return" under our Return Policy/Warranty. We will send you an email with return instructions, an Return ID number, and a return postage label (if the return warrants free return shipping).
- For exchanges only, please contact our Returns Department toll-free at 877-857-7873 to provide credit card information. Your credit card will not be charged or pended. Once we receive the damaged or incorrect item back, your credit card information will be shredded. If we do not receive the damaged or incorrect item back within thirty days of the return request, we will charge your credit card for the cost of the item(s).
- Print two copies of the return approval email you received. Keep one copy for your records and place the other copy of the printed email inside the package. Next, print the postage label (if applicable) that is attached to the email and affix it to the box to ship your item(s) back to us. All shipments must be sent to the Distribution Center at the address listed below.
- The last step in the return process is for us to notify you that we have received your return:
- for an exchange, we will notify you by e-mail that your return was received.
- for a return, request for store credit or a credit card refund, we will notify you of receipt of your product and credit your account as warranted.
Additional Required Information
The package MUST be in the condition received and returned in the original packaging or box. Once you mail your return, please allow 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse.
