Dealer Service Inquiries

If you are a Berkey® Authorized Dealer and have questions about an order that was placed for one of your customers, please call or send us an email at Dealers@berkeywater.com. You may also leave a message on our internal message center on the website. If you have already been assigned a personalized account representative, you may contact them directly for assistance or you can call the toll-free line and enter option 1 to reach our directory.

Please be aware that our general service levels are 6-48 hours for an email response. Our response priority is to first address time-sensitive issues such as shipping problems, followed by questions that are technical in nature or that require additional research. In rare cases the response times can be higher, but this is only in rare cases.
