Product Description
Replacement filter element for the 22 oz. Sport Berkey® Portable Water Bottle.
- The filter is designed to remove or dramatically reduce toxic chemicals, heavy metals, volatile organic compounds, trihalomethanes, detergents, pesticides, herbicides, chlorides, pharmaceuticals, petroleum-based products, unpleasant tastes and odor, silt, sediment and chlorine
- Uses the same filtration medium as the larger Black Berkey® Purification Element
- Sport Berkey Filter Refill Capicity:
- Water from any source: 160 refillls
- Municipal/Well Water: 640 refills
- Do not run hot water through filter
**Please note that effective Sept 4th, 2015, New Millennium Concepts, Ltd has updated the Sport Berkey® Water Filtration Bottle. The new element is the same except that it has a larger tapered straw connection. The functionality of the Sport Berkey® is unchanged. If you purchased your Sport Berkey® Water Filtration Bottle prior to Sept 4th, 2015 and want to order a replacement filters or caps you will need to order a new bottle as the new and old systems are not compatible (i.e. the new replacement filters will not fit the older model Sport Berkey®bottle)

No more buying water

After a lot of research as an ND, I realized so much water is "filtered" and bottled but it can contain human feces. The name brand names are expensive and toxic to our bodies along with destroying our planet. I'm so grateful for Berkey making it easy to travel and better on our environment.

Very practical water purifier

My son worked at a factory where nobody in the production area would drink the water from the drinking fountains because of the bad taste and smell. I told my son about the Berkey Sport bottle and suggested he try one. He got a sport bottle and took it to work.
The size was helpful as they are not allowed the larger water jugs at their work stations.
One of the employees saw him filling the Sport Bottle at a drinking fountain. He said don't you know that water tastes and smells terrible.
My son said using the Sport water purifier removes the bad taste and smell. He put some water from the Berkey in a cup for the employee to try. The employee was amazed the Sport Bottle removed the bad taste and smell.
Now my son stays better hydrated because he has the Berkey Sport Bottle at his work station during the hot summer months.
